The Labour Department of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi issued Notification No. F.1/31/600/LC/Estt./3459-3472 on October 9, 2025. In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 5 of Chapter III of the Boilers Act, 2025 (12 of 2025), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has conferred the powers of Chief Inspector of Boilers upon Sh. Pinkesh, who is the Deputy Director (Industrial Safety and Health) (Erstwhile Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories). This appointment is for the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of discharging statutory duties under the said Act, with effect from the date Sh. Pinkesh assumes charge, and without any extra remuneration. The order was issued by ASHOK KUMAR, Secy.-Cum-Commissioner (Labour), in the name of the Lt. Governor.
