No. 61(2037)/CP&Members/DD(CPDU)/DWCD/2026/Part File 5013-48.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 17 and 18 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006) read with Rule 2 (d) of Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights Rules, 2008 and Notification F.No.U- 11030/1/2007/LUTI dated the 15th January, 2008 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, of Govt. of India, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the following Chairperson and Members in Delhi Commission, for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR).
