F. No. 1/3/2025/HP-I/Estt./490 to 498.—In exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (i) and (iii) of
Sub-Section (3) and Sub-Section (9) of Section 193 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, read with
Notification being S.O. No. 2506 (E), dated 28-06-2024, of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New
Delhi, the Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi, hereby declares that the Police Report under clauses (i) and (iii) of
Sub-Section (3) and Sub-Section (9) of Section 193 of the above said Sanhita, 2023, shall be submitted by the Police,
before the concerned Court, in the Integrated Investigation Form-V (IIF-V) (Annexure-A).
Also, the information of progress of the investigation and action taken in view of the provision(s) of
clauses (ii) and (iii) of Sub-Section (3) of Section 193, shall be communicated to the complainant/informant/
the victim, by the Officer In-charge of the Police Station concerned, as per the details given in Proforma
(Annexure-B) /telephone call/e-mail/ through any other electronic mode.
