Any person interes ted in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the notification in the official Gazette, object , under sub -section ( 1) of the section 20D of the said Act to the acquisition and use of such land fo r the aforesaid pu rpose. Every such objection shall be made to the component aut hority, viz. Land Acquisition Officer, Collectorate, Sundargarh at office of the Collector & District Magistrate (Land Acquisition Section) , Dist.-Sundargarh, Odis ha, Pincode -77000 1 in writing a nd shall set out the ground s thereof and comp etent authority shall give the object or an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner , and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such f urther enquiry, if any, as the compo nent authority thinks necessary , by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the Component Authority under Sub -Section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be final. The land plans & the other details of the land covered u nder notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the component Authority.
