WITHDRAWAL NOTIFICATION
Kolkata, the 10th March, 2025
S.O. 1121(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-93 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation
and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Central Government do hereby
withdraw 1101.779 Sqm. of Land from acquisition as per the Land schedule given below at Premises No. 2/2,
Judges Court Road, P.S – Alipore, Kolkata – 700027. The following land was previously notified in Extraordinary
Gazette of India for acquisition vide Gazette of India Notification No. 413, dated 01.02.2018 for the purpose of
construction of Mominpur station of Metro Railway of Joka – BBD Bag Metro Project of which possession has not
been taken.
