NOTIFICATION
Prayagraj, the 14th August, 2025
S.O. 3855(E). - Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (North
Central Railway Engineering Department, notification no. S.O 1846 (E) dated 22 April, 2025 published in Gazette of
India, extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii), notification no. 1813 dated 24 April 2025 (hereinafter referred
to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of clause 20A of section 2 of the Railways Act 1989
(24 of 1989) and Railways Amendment act 2008 (11of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government declared its intention to acquire the Land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the
purpose of execution of special Railway Project namely, “Elimination of manned level crossing No. 414 by providing
RUB in Manikpur-Naini Railway Stations of Prayagraj Division", District Rewa in the state of Madhya Pradesh;
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily news paper namely, Patrika -Satna
and Times of India Bhopal Dated 01 May, 2025 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;
And whereas, no any objection was received,
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of said Act, the Competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the
aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the Land specified in the schedule annexed here
to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
SCHEDULE
Brief Description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, for the special Railway Project namely
"Elimination of manned level crossing No. 414 by providing RUB in Manikpur-Naini Railway Stations of
Prayagraj Division", Village- Kudi, Tahsil- Teonthar, District Rewa in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
