No. NCR File No. NCR/GSU/16/2026-O/o DY.CE/RSW/GWL/HQ/NCR (Computer No. 167462)] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Central Railway (Engineering Department)] NOTIFICATION Prayagraj, the 8th June, 2026 S.O. 3108(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (3) of the table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the functions as such authority for land acquisition under the said act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the special railway project of " Jhansi division: Construction of ROB in lieu of Level Crossing No. 394 at km 1182/1-3 in between KTRA-DBA station in VGLJ-GWL section.", "Jhansi-Gwalior section- Construction of ROB in lieu of Level crossing No. 398 at Km 1188/12-14 situated on GQ route." and "Jhansi division: Construction of Road Over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of Level Crossing No. 434 at km 1238/216.70 near Rayaru station in GWL - DHO section” in the state of Madhya Pradesh relating to District mentioned in column (4) of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance, management and operation of such railway project.
