No. NCR -NCR/GSU/16/2026-O/0 DY.CE/RSW/GWL/HQ/NCR (Computer No. 167462)] ANAMUL HAQUE, Chief Administrative Officer/ C/RSP MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Central Railway (Engineering Department)] NOTIFICATION Prayagraj, the 4th June, 2026 S.O. 3106(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the functions as such authority for land acquisition under the said act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the special railway project of "Jhansi division: Construction of ROB in lieu of Level Crossing No. 349 at km 1087/8-9 in BINA-VGLJ section" and "Proposed construction of ROB in lieu of Level crossing No. 351 at Km 1090/20-22 on Bina- Jhansi section" in the state of Madhya Pradesh relating to District mentioned in column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance, management and operation of such railway project.
