NCR -PRY JOENGG(LAND)/9/2023 O/O CPM/GSU/PRY ] MINISTRY OF RAILWAY S [North Central Railway ( Gati Shakti Unit )] NOTIFICATION Prayagraj , the 14th December , 2024 S.O. 5423(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the ministry of Railways ( North Central Railway, Gati Shakti Unit), Notification Number, S.O. 4866(E), dated 07 November , 2024 and S.O. 4909(E) published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii), Notification Number 4485, dated 09 November , 2024 and 4528 dated 12 November , 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11th of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project namely “Prayagraj -Kanpur Central - Construction of 02 Lane ROB at km: 838/7 -9 in lieu of level crossing no. 4 between Bamrauli – Manauri Stations” in the District of Prayagraj in the State of Uttar Pradesh; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely, “Amar Ujala, Prayagraj & Times of India, Lucknow” dated 14, 16 & 17 November , 2024 under sub -section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, Six nos. of objection was received and the same has been considered by the Competent authority accordingly order has been passed; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
