NOTIFICATION
Prayagraj, the 5th March, 2025
S.O. 1095(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989) and Railway Amendment Act 2008 (11 of 2008) (herein referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government herby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table as competent authority to perform the
functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the
official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project for the “Multi Modal Transport Hub (MMTH) at
Boraki" in the state of Uttar Pradesh relating to districts mentioned in column (3) of the said table for the public
purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Projects.
