The Ministry of Railways (South Central Railway) issued Notification S.O. 2550(E) on May 18, 2026, declaring the acquisition and absolute vesting of specific lands in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances. This declaration is made under sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 20(E) of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989). The land, totaling Ac 2-30 gts across multiple survey numbers in Dandepally village, Elkathurthy Mandal, Hanumakonda District, Telangana, is for the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of level crossing No.11 at Railway Km.346/20-22 between Hasanparthi Road and Uppal Station. This action follows an earlier intention to acquire the land, which was declared by Government of India Notification S.O. No. 6103(E) dated December 30, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 20(A) of the same Act. An extract of the intention notification was published in the Times of India and Andhrajyothy Daily News Paper on January 07, 2026, with the approval of Sudhir Kumar Sharma, Chief Project Manager/Gati Sakthi-I, Secunderabad. NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 18th May, 2026

S.O. 2550(E). — Whereas, by the notification by Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board), number S.O.No.6103 (E). Dated.30.12.2025 Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3 Sub
section (ii), (herein after referred to as said notification) and issued under sub section (1) of section 20(A) of the Railway
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed
to the said notification for the Construction of ROB in lieu of level crossing No.11 at Railway Km.346/20-22 between
Hasanparthi Road and Uppal Station in Hanumakonda District in the state of Telangana.

And whereas an extract of this notification was published in the daily newspapers Times of India on 07th January
2026, Andhrajyothy Daily News Paper on 07th January 2026 with the approval of Sudhir Kumar Sharma, Chief Project
Manager/ Gati Sakthi-I, Secunderabad, South Central Railway, under sub-section (1); Section 20A of this Act.

And Whereas, Competent Authority, Revenue Divisional officer, Hanumakonda have objections received for
Dandepally village of Elkathurthy Mandal, Hanumakonda District of Telangana State.

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20 (E) of this Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report
to the Central Government.

Now therefore, on receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands mentioned in the Schedule
have been annexed. To be obtained here for the purpose mentioned above;

Further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of this Act, the Central Government hereby declares on
publication of notification in the Official Gazette, that the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely
in the Central government is free from all encumbrances
