No objections were received from the villages of Ratnapur, Amullakhurd, Khaknar Kala, Rangai, and Tukaithad in Burhanpur district before the competent authority, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Nepanagar. In pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the Railways Act, 1989, the competent authority submitted its report to the Central Government. Consequently, exercising powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government declares that a total gross area of 1.8179 hectares of land across these villages, with or without structures, shall now vest absolutely in the Central Government.

And whereas, the extract of the said Act was published in the daily newspapers, namely, "Dainik Bhaskar (Hindi) and Patrika (Hindi)" on 16.10.2025 by Hemant Kumar Bhagoria, Chief Engineer/Construction Organization, Secunderabad, under sub-section (4) of Section 20A of the said Act. And, no objections were received from the villages of Ratnapur, Amullakhurd, Khaknar Kala, Rangai and Tukaithad in Burhanpur district before the competent authority, namely, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Nepanagar. And, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now, therefore, the Central Government, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, hereby declares that the land specified in the Schedule appended hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
