L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-RJ-E-31072026-275017 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3991] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JULY 27, 2026/SHRAVAN 5, 1948 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (North Western Railway) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 27th July, 2026 S.O. 4161(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008(11 of 2008) and the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as 'Competent Authority' to perform the function as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project "Samdari Bypass Line (1.37 km) of North Western Railway" in the state of Rajasthan relating to the sub- divisions mentioned in column (3), district mentioned in column (4) of the said table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
