L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-RJ-E-31072026-275013 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3989] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JULY 27, 2026/SHRAVAN 5, 1948 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Western Railway (Construction Organization)] NOTIFICATION Jaipur, the 27th July, 2026 S.O. 4159(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F(6) of Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the special railway project of "New BG line between Merta City - RAS (51.400 KM) and by pass line at Merta Road Station (4.50 km)" of Jodhpur Division of North Western Railway, in the state of Rajasthan relating to District mentioned in Column (3) of the said Table for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation.
