This authorization is for performing functions under the said Act in respect of the Special Railway Project involving the construction of a Road Over Bridge in lieu of closing manned LC No.JT-47 at Km 605/12 between Bargarh Rd.(BRGA) and Barpali(BRPL)(Bargarh Rd. Yard) under the Sambalpur(SBP) Division, located in the State of Odisha. The authorization takes effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette. The notification was signed by SUDHIR KUMAR PARIDA, Chief Engineer (Construction-III).
