L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-MP-E-23072026-274695 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3736] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, 2026/ASHADHA 24, 1948 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [Western Railway (Gati Shakti Unit)] NOTIFICATION Bhopal, the 9th July, 2026 S.O. 3899(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989, (Railways Amendment Act,2008) the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as "Competent Authority" to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of LC No. 246 (between Rani Kamlapati-Misrod stations) "in the state of Madhya Pradesh relating to District mentioned in column (3) of the table below for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
