No. WCR-JBPC0ENGC(MICS)/55/2025-O/oDyCE/C-II/STA/397] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [West Central Railway (Construction Organisation)] NOTIFICATION Jabalpur, the 5th June, 2026 S.O. 2884(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by the clause 7(A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as the Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in respect of area of the Special Railway Project "Satna - Manikpur section: Proposed construction of ROB in lieu of Level Crossing No. 397 at Km 1213/8-9 Between Khutaha – Chitahra stations" under Jabalpur Division of West Central Railwayin column (4) of the table in the State of Madhya Pradesh with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
