L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-MH-E-31012025-260612 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 517] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY JANUARY 29, 2025/MAGHA 9, 1946 747 GI/2025 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS NOTIFICATION Gujarat, the 24th January, 2025 S.O. 521(E).— Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, having its registered office at Rail Vikas Nigam Limited at Plot No. 25, First Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Africa Ave, Bhikaji Cama Place, Rama Krishna Puram, New Delhi, Delhi 110066 and PIU office at 2nd Floor, RVNL Office, Opposite SBI Bank, Near Gandhigram Railway Station, Gandhigram, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380009 intends to apply to the Government of India to confer upon him all powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the placing of electrical lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper coordination of works which telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by the Government or to be so established or maintained and will undertake the survey, construction, installation, inspection, erection and other works to be followed by commissioning, operation, maintenance and other works for the following transmission schemes. Name of Transmission Scheme: 1. WESTERN RAILWAY KHIJADIYA 66/25kVTraction Substation -Drawl of 10.14 MW Power from 66KV GETCO Kuvargadh SS on 66KV System under Long Term Open Access. Works covered under the scheme: a) 66 kV D/C (2- Phase) Line from 66 kV Kuvargadh (GETCO) S/S end to 66 kV Switchyard of Pro. 66 kV Khijadiya TSS with partly on ACSR Panther conductor and partly on 66 kV, 1CX630 Sq.mm Cable. b) Route Length is approximately 12 kms, which shall be on Double Circuit Tower with ACSR Panther Conductor and 1CX630 Sq.mm Cable. The above transmission project is already approved by Government of India through Ministry of Power under Section 68 (1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 through Letter No. No. 25-17/96/2024-PG, Dated: 27/09/2024.
