No. T-43010/2/2024-TS-IBM_HQ.— In pursuance of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 5 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) (As amended up to 27th March 2015) and by virtue of powers vested in the Controller General, IBM under clause (a) of subrule (1) of Rule 13 of Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016 and in addition to the Gazette Notification dated 18th May 2016 published on 23rd May 2016 vide F.
