The process included publishing the substance of the intention in daily Marathi newspapers "Dainik Deshonnati" and "Dainik Sakal" on June 14, 2024, receiving and hearing objections by the Competent Authority, and the submission of the Authority's report to the Central Government. Upon publication of this notification, the acquired lands, totaling 9.35 Ha across Sheri and Pimperkhede villages in Jamner Taluka, Jalgaon District, will vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances. L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-MH-E-19062025-263946 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JUNE 16, 2025/JYAISHTHA 26, 1947 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 16th June, 2025 Under clause 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 S.O. 2692(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number, S.O 4381 (E) dated 19th September 2022 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 20th September 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification ) and issued under sub- section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely Pachora-Jamner with Extension upto Malkapur-Narrow Gauge to Broad Gauge (84.34 Kms) in the district of Jalgaon in the State of Maharashtra. And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in for SLAO(1)UTPH.Jalgaondaily Marathi newspapers namely “Dainik Deshonnati" & "Dainik Sakal” Dated 14-06-2024under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, objections were received. Competent Authority has heard the objections and orders have been passed in terms of Section D of the said act; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
