7776 GI/202 3 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 5130] NEW DELHI, MOND AY, DECEMBER 18, 2023/ AGRAHAYANA 27, 1945 CG-MH-E-18122023-250734 क ल 9.71 0.72 [फा. सं.: AQ/2023/WR -NGP/4th Line/1 Village/Dec/20E ] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (Central Railway ) NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 12th December , 2023 S.O. 5359(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008(11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that f or the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Wardha (Sewagram) -Nagpur 4th line” .under which Sindi – Seloo Road section in the district of Wardha in the State of Maharashtra . And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Daink Dhwanilahari” and “Dainik Janmadhyam” Dated: 04 October 2023 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, in Arvi village no objections were received and the same have been considered by the Competent Authority accordingly orders have been passed ; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section 20 (E) of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declare s that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
