NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 11th July, 2025
S.O. 3190(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway
Board) (Published in the Gazette of India, under notification No. 1486 of dated 28.03.2025 Extra Ordinary- part II-
Section-3 -Sub-section (ii)) (here in after referred to as the said notification) under subsection(I) of section 20A of the
Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention
to be acquired the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance,
management and operation of the CONSTRUCTION OF 2 LANE ROAD OVER BRIDGE (ROB) IN LIEU OF
LC NO.267 AT KM 441/19-18 BETWEEN SECTION VADODARA-GERATPUR OF VADODARA DIVISION
ON WESTERN RAILWAY Project in District Kheda in the State of Gujarat.
And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily local Gujarati newspaper
“NIRMAL GUJARAT” dated 02nd April 2025, Hindi newspaper “YOUNG LEADER” dated 02nd April 2025 and
English newspaper "THE INDIAN EXPRESS" dated 02nd April 2025 under subsection (4) of section 20A of the
said Act;
And, whereas, no objection has been received by the competent authority.
And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report of the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the
schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central government here by
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
Sub :- Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure for the Special Railway Project namely:
CONSTRUCTION OF 2 LANE ROAD OVER BRIDGE (ROB) IN LIEU OF LC NO.267 AT KM 441/19-18
BETWEEN SECTION VADODARA-GERATPUR OF VADODARA DIVISION ON WESTERN RAILWAY
Project in District Kheda in the state of Gujarat as per joint measurement sheet prepares by DILR Kheda-Nadiad.
