NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 27th December, 2023
S.O. 146(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24
of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorise the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as
"Competent Authority" to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project of "Daund-Manmad
Doubling Project" in the State of Maharashtra relating to Taluka Mentioned in Column (3) of the said table for the
public purpose of execution maintenance, Management and operation of such special Railway Project.
