No. BCC:HRM:115: 403 .—In exercise of the powers conferre d by section 19 read with sub -section (2) of section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of Directors of the Bank of Baroda , after consultation with the Rese rve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Bank of Baroda Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976, namely: – 1. Short title and commencement — (1) These Regulations may be cal led the Bank of Baroda Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Amendment Regulations, 202 3. (2) They shall be come into force on the date of their publication in O fficial Gazette . 2. In the Bank of Baroda Officer Employees ’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regu lations, 1976 , for the schedule, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely — “SCHEDULE [See regulation 3(b), 3(g) and 3(n)] S.
