NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 28th May, 2025
Under clause 7A of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008
S.O. 2443(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below
as "Competent Authority" to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project “Proposed Construction
of ROB & RUB (10 Nos.) in lieu of Level Crossing Gates between Igatpuri-Manmad & Bhusawal-Badnera
Section of Bhusawal Division” in the State of Maharashtra relating to Taluka Mentioned in Column of the said table
for the public purpose of execution maintenance, Management and operation of such special Railway Project.
