L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-KA-E-27082026-275813 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4574] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2026/BHADRA 3, 1948 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [South Western Railway (Construction Organisation)] NOTIFICATION Bengaluru, the 25th August, 2026 S.O. 4759(E).—In the exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20F and clause 7A of section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) the Ministry of Railway (South Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment) hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (4) of the table below as 'Competent Authority' and the officers mentioned in column (5) of the table below as 'Arbitrator' to perform the functions as such authority under the said act with effect from date of publication of this notification in the official gazette in respect of Special Railway Projects mentioned in column (2) relating to district mentioned in column (3) of the table below for public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
