Publication of notification for withdrawal of land to an extent of 0.3599 Ha in terms of clause 20D of Railway Act 1989

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-KA-E-13052026-272495 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2312] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026/VAISAKHA 22, 1948 3367 GI/2026 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [South Western Railway (Construction Organisation)] NOTIFICATION Bengaluru, the 12th May, 2026 S.O. 2404(E).— The Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India, hereby withdraws from acquisition, the lands specified in the Schedule below in terms of section 20D of Railway Act 1989, in respect of which Notification vide S.O. 3963 (E) dated 29th August' 2025 was issued under Section 20A of Chapter IVA of Railway Act, 1989 and published in Gazette of India dated 29th August' 2025 and subsequent declaration under Section 20E of the Act vide notification S.O. 692(E) dated 10th Feb' 2026 published in the Gazette of India, dated 10th Feb' 2026. The ongoing doubling works is being executed within the Railway lands and the lands indicated in the below schedule are herewith withdrawn from the earlier proposed due to the change in the track alignment. It is confirmed that the lands indicated below are no more required for the said project.
