NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 11th June, 2025
S.O. 2550 (E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of Section 20E of the Railway Act,
1989 (24 of 1989), the central govt, after satisfied with the report of Assistant Commissioner/Dharwad submitted vide
his letter no. LAQ CR/120/2024-25 dated 16.05.2025 hereby declares that the lands describe and shown in the following
schedule and notified under S.O. 886(E) dated 19.02.2025 issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of chapter IVA
of Railway Act, 1989 amended in 2008, should be acquired for executing the Special Railway Project namely
"Construction of 2 lane ROB in lieu of LC No. 18 at Navalgund Road - Annigeri @ Ch: 34/700-800 (Annigere Village)"
in the State of Karnataka.
