No. Parameters Specification 1. Total Nitrogen (as N), per cent by weight, minimum 6.0 2. Total water soluble phosphorus (as P2O5), percent by weight, minimum 16.0 3. pH ( Liquid Nano DAP) 7.0-8.0 4. viscosity 1.2-1.3 cP 5. Particle Size in nano meter (nm) in one dimension (a) Physical particle Size as per TEM analysis 10-20 nm (minimum 50 per cent. of the material shall be in range of 10-20 nm(TEM) (b)Hydrodynamic Particle size as per DLS Analysis 50-100 nm (minimum 50 per cent. of the material shall be in range of 50-100nm(DL S) 6 Surface Charge/Zeta Potential(mV) -9 to-12mV [F. Physical particle Size as per TEM analysis minimum50 per cent. of the material shall be in the range of <50nm (b.) Hydrodynamic Particle size as per DLS Analysis minimum 50 per cent. of the material shall be in the range of 40 -100nm 5. Surface Charge/Zeta Potential -12 to -14mV [F. No. 1048(E) dated the 3rd March,2023, namely: - in the Table to the said Order,against serial number 5, in column 2 for the figures “4.5-6.0” the figures “4.5-7.5” shall be substituted. [F. Total Phosphorus (as P 2O5), per cent by weight, minimum 10 2. pH ( Liquid Nano Phosphorus ) 6-7.0 3. Viscosity(cP) 2-2.5 4. Particle Size in nano meter (nm) in one dimension (a). Physical pa rticle size as per TEM analysis minimum 50 per cent. of the material shall be in the range of 10 -15nm (b) Hydrodynamic particle size (DLS Analysis) minimum 50 per cent. of the material shall be in the range of 60 -90nm 5 Surface Charge/Zeta Potential -14 to -17 mV [F. ORDER New Delhi, the 29th November , 2023 S.O. 5081 (E).—In pursuance of clause 20 of the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed ) (Control) Order,1985, the Central Government hereby notify the speci fications in respect of following fertiliser imported by M/s Fertiq Private Limited in India for a period of one year from the date of publication in the official Gazette, namely: - NPS 10 -0-75 (i) Moisture per cent. by weight, maximum 0.5 (ii) Total Nitrogen (as N) percent by weight, minimum 10.0 (iii) Total elemental Sulphur (as S) per cent. by weight, minimum 75.0 (iv) Minimum 90 per cent. of the material shall retain between 4mm and 1mm IS Sieve.
