In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control), Ninth Amendment Order, 2026. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, in clause 8, in sub-clause (4),- (a) in second proviso, after the word "dealer”, the following words shall be inserted, namely:- ", Agricultural Cooperative Society or State Marketing Federations"; (b) third proviso, shall be omitted.
