ORDER
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2025
S.O. 4441(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities
Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the
Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely: -
1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Tenth
Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, in Schedule VI, Part-A,-
(i) in sub-heading 4 relating to ‘Mixed formulation of Biostimulants', the following entries shall be
omitted, namely:
(a) entry (10) Mixture of Protein Hydrolysate and Seaweed extract (Liquid);
(b) entry (27) Mixture of Protein Hydrolysate and Antioxidant (Liquid); and
(c) entry (28) Mixture of Protein hydrolysate, seaweed extract and humic acid (Liquid),
(ii) in sub-heading 5 relating to 'Protein hydrolysates and Amino Acids', the following entries shall be
omitted, namely:
(a) entry (1) Protein hydrolysate 62.1% (Animal Source) (Liquid);
(b) entry (2) Protein Hydrolysates 36.04%(Animal Source) (Liquid);
(c) entry (8) Protein hydrolysate 62.5 % (Animal Source) (Liquid);
(d) entry (14) Protein hydrolysate 46.9% (Animal source) (Liquid);
(e) entry (15) Protein Hydrolysate 29.34% (Animal source) (Liquid);
(f) entry (16) Protein Hydrolysate 12% (Animal source) (Liquid);
(g) entry (17) Protein Hydrolysate 68.33% (Animal source) (Liquid);
(h) entry (21) Protein hydrolysate 54% (Animal source) (Liquid);
(i) entry (26) Protein hydrolysate 15% (Animal source) (Liquid);
(j) entry (30) Protein Hydrolysate 27.5 % (Animal source) (Liquid); and
(k) entry (33) Protein hydrolysate 62.5 % (Animal source) (Liquid).
