G Selvaraj, (M. No. 204231), Plot No 44, Thiruvalluvar Street, Athikulam Main Road, Near Manamahil Cable TV Office, MADURAI (Tamilnadu) - 625007, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Item (7) of Part I of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently after affording an opportunity of being heard in terms of Rule 19(1) of the aforesaid Rules, ordered for removal of name of CA. G Selvaraj, (M. No. 204231) from the Register of Members for a period of 01(One) month. In pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of said CA.
