The Branch shall be known as Bokaro Branch of Central India Regional Council and its Headquarters shall be Bokaro city (Jharkhand). The Jurisdiction of the Branch shall besides Bokaro city, include the following cities/towns falling within a distance of 50 kms from the city limits of Bokaro: - 1. Chas 2. Chandankiyari 3. Bermo 4. Chandrapura 5. Gomia 6. Jaridih 7. Kasmar 8. Nawadih 9. Petarwar 10. Bokaro Steel City As prescribed under sub-regulation (3) of Regulation 159, the Branch shall function subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Council through Central India Regional Council and shall carry out such directions as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council.
