Parameswari D (M.No. 214838), New no -1/8 (Old no -19/12), Raja Naicken Street, Vanagaram, CHENNAI 600095, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Item (7) of Part I of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently after affording an opportunity of being heard in terms of Rule 19(1) of the aforesaid Rules, ordered for removal of name of CA. Parameswari D (M.No. 214838) from the Register of Members for a period of 60(Sixty) days and also imposed a fine of Rs. 20,000/ -(Rupee s Twenty Thousand only) to be paid within 90(Ninety) days and in case of default in payment of fine within stipulated time her name shall be removed for a further period of 30(Thirty) days. Since the Respondent has failed to pay the imposed fine within st ipulated time, in pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is h ereby notified that the name of said CA. Parameswari D (M.No. 214838) , shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a consolidated period of 90(Ninety) days [60(Sixty) days plus additional 30(Thirty) days] with effect from 30th August, 2024.
