L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-30052026-272986 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2660] NEW DELHI, SATURDAY, MAY 30, 2026/JYAISTHA 9, 1948 3870 GI/2026 (1) MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th May, 2026 S.O. 2753(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government, in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4259(E) and 4260(E), dated the 25th November, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, hereby designates Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Jagdalpur named Special Court (NIA), Jagdalpur, as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur and the Government of Chhattisgarh. The jurisdiction of the Special Court for National Investigation Agency mentioned above shall extend over Civil District Bastar (Jagdalpur), Dakshin Bastar (Dantewada), Kondagaon and Uttar Bastar (Kanker) of the State of Chhattisgarh.
