Sindhu Ravishankar, Advocate, as a Special Public Prosecutor (SPP). This appointment is for conducting the trial and other related matters concerning NIA case No. RC-29/2022/NIA/DLI on behalf of the National Investigation Agency before the Hon'ble NIA Special Courts, Ernakulam. The tenure of this appointment is for a period of 3 years from the date of publication of the notification (July 29, 2026), or until the completion of the trial of the said case, or until the satisfaction of the NIA with the SPP's performance, whichever occurs earliest.
