It amends the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, by substituting specific words: in clause 28B, sub-clause (4), the words "and Ghaziabad" are replaced with ",Ghaziabad and Guwahati"; and in clause 29B, the words "and Mumbai" are replaced with ",Mumbai and Guwahati". The Principal Order was originally published vide G.S.R. number 758 (E), dated September 25, 1985, and was last amended vide S.O number 1814 (E), dated April 9, 2026. O. 2105(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely: - 1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Sixth Amendment Order, 2026 (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette 2. In the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, (a) in clause 28 B, in sub-clause (4), for the words "and Ghaziabad", the words ",Ghaziabad and Guwahati" shall be substituted; (b) in clause 29 B, for the words "and Mumbai", the words ",Mumbai and Guwahati" shall be substituted.
