Its scope includes creating a 765kV level at Kolhapur (PG) GIS, installing reactors, upgrading the Narendra (New) – Kolhapur (PG) 765 kV D/c line, establishing a 765/400 kV Satara Substation, and LILO of the Pune-III – Pune (East) 765kV D/c line at Satara. The second scheme, 'ERES-47: Nawada – Durgapur – Jeerat (New) 765kV corridor', has a tentative implementation timeframe of March 31, 2029, with REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) as BPC. Its scope involves establishing new 765/400/220kV substations at Nawada (Bihar) and Durgapur (West Bengal), LILO of the Gaya – Ballia 765kV S/c line at Nawada, and new 765kV D/c lines connecting Nawada, Durgapur, and Jeerat. The third scheme, 'Transmission system for evacuation of power from Sunni Dam HEP and Luhri Stage-I HEP', has a tentative implementation timeframe of October 15, 2029, also with RECPDCL as BPC. BPC appointments are subject to Ministry of Power guidelines. BPCs must ensure Right of Way (RoW) optimization as per CEA's Committee report dated September 24, 2024, adopting monopole tower structures and other measures in specific areas, and finalizing routes after validation on the PM Gati Shakti portal and physical survey. Monopole tower structures to be used where RoW issues are anticipated, while lattice towers shall be used in other sections. 9.
