New Delhi, the 24th March, 2025
S.O. 1508(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Maritime Anti-Piracy Act, 2022 (3 of 2023), hereinafter referred to as said Act, and all other powers enabling in this behalf, the Central Government for the purposes of the said Act, hereby designates the Sessions Courts of the following State Governments and Union territory Administrations as mentioned against each as Designated Courts, namely: -
