CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 27th March, 2025
S.O. 1480(E).—In reference to the Gazette Notification No. S.O. 4(E), dated 1st January, 2024 published in
the Official Gazette, regarding land acquisition for “Daulatpur Chowk-Kartoli Punjab-Talwara section of Nangal
Dam-Talwara-Mukerian New Broad Gauge Rail Line Project" as Special Railway project in the District
Hoshiarpur of Punjab state under the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), as amended by the Railways (Amendment)
Act, 2008, it is hereby notified that:
Due to an inadvertent error, the field number and name of Land Owners/Interested Person mentioned at at
Page no. 22 dated 01-01-2024 was incorrectly recorded as " 404/1/1/1, Nirmla Devi D/o Babu Ram S/o Kanshi Ram
1/3 share, Prem Lata D/o Babu Ram S/o Kanshi Ram 1/3 share, Vaishno Devi D/o Babu Ram S/o Kanshi Ram
1/3 share". The correct field number and correct name of Land Owners/Interested Person should be read as
404/1/2/2, Santosh Kumari wd/o Dinesh Kumar s/o Nathu Ram 13/22 share, Sushil Kumar s/o Nath Ram
s/o Billbhader 9/22 share".
