EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 551] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY , SEPTEMBER 27, 2023/ ASVINA 5, 1945 CG-DL-E-27092023-249026 MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th September , 2023 G.S.R . 695(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics Control Bureau (Havaldar) Recruitment Rules, 2018, namely: - 1. Short t itle and commencement .–– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics Control Bureau (Havaldar) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics Control Bureau (Havaldar) Recruitment Rules, 2018, in the Schedule, - (i) in column(2), for the figures “51”, the figures “68” shall be substituted; (ii)in column (12), at serial number (3), for the entry “Assista nt Director, Central Para Military Force -Member” the entry “Assistant Commandant, Central Armed Police Force -Member” shall be substituted.
