Short title and Commencement . -(1) This Order may be called the Plant Quara ntine (Regulation of Import into India) (Ninth Amendment) Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into fo rce on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In Schedule II of the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of import into India) Or der, 2003 after serial number 85 and the entries relating thereto the following serial number and entries shall be a dded, n amely:- Place State Status Jurisdiction of PQ Station “86 Adani ICD, Borkhedi, Nagpur” Maha rashtra Inland Container Depot Plant Quarantine Station, Nagpur.” [F.
