Radhey Shyam Bansal(M. No. 091903), 202, II Floor, E-371, Nirman Vihar, DELHI 110092, guilty of Professional and 'Other Misconduct' falling within the meaning of Clause (2) of Part III and Clause (2) of Part IV of the First Schedule to the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Section 22 of the said Act and consequently after affording an opportunity of being heard in terms of Rule 15(1) of the aforesaid Rules ordered for removal of the name of CA. Radhey Shyam Bansal(M. No. 091903) from the Register of Members for a period of 45(Forty Five) days and also imposed a fine of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) only. In pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Board of Discipline, which was passed pursuant to the Order dated 29th April, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in WP(C) 5247/2024 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, it is hereby notified under Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 that the name of CA. Radhey Shyam Bansal(M. No. 091903) shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of 45(Forty Five) days with effect from 23rd August, 2024. CA.(Dr.) JAI KUMAR BATRA, Secy.
