L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-27052024-254345 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2005] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, MAY 27, 2024/JYAISHTHA 6, 1946 3212 GI/2024 (1) MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th May, 2024 S.O. 2104(E).—In continuation of the notification of the Government of India, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4171(E), dated the 18th November, 2020, the Central Government in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Jharkhand and the Government of Jharkhand, hereby designates the Court of Additional Judicial Commissioner XVI, Ranchi, as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (34 of 2008), exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
