In pursuance of clause 20 of the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, the Central Government hereby notifies the specification of the following fertilisers to be imported into India for a period of three years from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette, namely:- 1. Tetra Potassium Pyro Phosphate with Molybdenum (i) Water Soluble Potassium as K2O percent by weight minimum 10.0 (ii) Available Phosphorus as P2O5 percent by weight minimum 7.5 (iii) Boron as B percent by weight minimum 7.0 (iv) Molybdenum as Mo percent by weight minimum 9.0 (v) pH (1 % solution) 7.7 +/- 1.0 (vi) Density (gram/ml) 0.85 +/- 0.17 2. Calcium Nitrate fortified with Magnesium (liquid) (i) Nitrogen per cent. by weight, minimum 8.0 (ii) Nitrate nitrogen per cent. by weight, minimum 7.4 (iii) Water soluble calcium as CaO per cent. by weight minimum 13.0 (iv) Water soluble Magnesium as MgO per cent. by weight minimum 1.0 (v) Total chloride as Cl, per cent. by weight maximum 2.5 (vi) pH (1% solution) 4.8 +/- 1 (vii)Specific gravity 1.55+/-0.15 3. Calcium Magnesium Iron Silicate (i) Silicon as SiO2 per cent. By weight minimum 40.0 (ii) Calcium as CaO per cent by weight minimum 10.0 (iii) Magnesium as MgO per cent by weight, minimum 3.8 (iv) Iron as Fe2O3 per cent by weight, minimum 7.5 (v) Potassium as K2O percent by weight minimum 3.52 (vi) pH (10 % Solution) 9.5-10.5 (vii) Cadmium as Cd, per cent. by weight, maximum 0.0025 (viii) Arsenic as As per cent. by weight maximum 0.01 (ix) Lead as Pb per cent. by weight, maximum 0.003 4. Liquid Potassium Carbonate and Tetra Potassium Pyro phosphate (liquid) (i) Potassium as K2O percent by weight minimum 32.0 (ii) Phosphorus as P2O5 percent by weight minimum 5.0 (iii) specific gravity 1.50-1.60 (iv) pH 13.5+/- 1. 5. NPK 9-8-8 liquid (i) Total Nitrogen per cent. by weight minimum 9.0 (ii) Available Phosphorus per cent. by weight minimum 8.0 (iii) Water Soluble Potassium per cent. by weight minimum 8.0 (iv) pH (1% solution) 7.0-8.0 (v) Specific gravity 1.15-1.25 [F.
