New Delhi, the 27th March, 2025
S.O.1472(E):— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10
of 55) read with sub-clause (1) of clause 5 of the Cotton Seeds Price (Control) Order, 2015, the Central Government,
after taking into consideration the recommendations made by the Committee referred to in sub-clause (2) of the said
clause, hereby notify the maximum sale price of *Bacillus thuringiensis* (Bt.) cotton seeds packets (475 grams Refugia-
in-Bag seeds packet containing minimum 5 per cent. and maximum 10 per cent. non Bt. Cotton seed) specified in the
Table below for the financial year 2025-26 for the whole of India, namely:-
