No. CEA-PS-12-13/3/2022-PSPA-II Division) appointing Bid-Process Coordinators (BPC) for three transmission schemes, in exercise of powers under Para 3.2 of the Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Services framed under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003) and a Ministry of Power office order dated 28.10.2021; REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) was appointed BPC for augmentation of transformation capacity at Banaskantha (Raghanesda) PS (GIS) by 2x500 MVA 400/220 kV ICTs with a 24-month implementation timeframe and for augmentation at KPS1 (GIS) and KPS2 (GIS) (Phase-V Part B1 and B2) by 1x1500 MVA 765/400 kV ICTs, also with a 24-month timeframe, while PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL) was appointed BPC for augmentation works at Fatehgarh-II PS, Fatehgarh-IV PS (Section-II) and Barmer-I PS involving 765/400 kV and 400/220 kV transformer additions timed to the Rajasthan REZ Phase-IV (Part-2: 5.5 GW) Scheme; the notification states detailed scope is available in the minutes of the 21st meeting of the National Committee on Transmission and subsequent amendments, and that BPC appointments are subject to conditions in the Guidelines; it was signed by Rakesh Kumar, Secretary [ADVT.-III/4/Exty./523/2024-25].
