(1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Ninth Amendment) Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In th e Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, in Schedule I , in Part A “ SPECIFICATIONS OF FERTILISERS”, in sub -heading 1 (a), STRAIGHT NITROGENEOUS FERTILISERS, in serial number 10, in entry (v), “ for the figure “2” the figure “ 1.5 ” shall be substituted.
