Short title and Commencement. - (1) This Order may be called the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Twelfth Amendment) Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its Publication in the Official Gazette. 2. ( I ) In Schedule I of the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of import into India) Order, 2003 under the heading “Seaports”, after serial No.47 the following entries shall be added, namely: - Seaports “48.
