For example, the District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer, Phek, is designated as the Appellate Officer for the Phek district, covering Assembly Constituencies 16-Pfutsero (ST), 17-Chizami (ST), 18-Chazouba (ST), and 19-Phek (ST). Similarly, the District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer, Meluri, is designated for the Meluri district, covering 20-Meluri (ST). The notification is signed by N. T.
