NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st July, 2025
O.N. 28(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950
(as amended), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government, hereby makes the
following amendments in its Notification No. 429/NL/2023 (A) dated 6th November, 2023 and hereby designates,
each of the officers specified in column (2) of the Table below against each district of the State of Nagaland in column
(1) as the Appellate Officer before whom appeals shall lie from the decisions of the Electoral Registration officers of
the Assembly Constituencies, specified in column (3) of the Table, in the State of Nagaland, under Sections 22 and 23
of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 :-
